My therapist has told me that there are studies that prove these type of things do work not sure if any studies on these exact systems but hey worst case if you have trouble sleeping you'll get great sleep! Any additional comments?

This is several general meditations, and not particularly good ones. There is a vague allusion to weight loss in the first meditation but it is vaguely stated and unhelpful. What you get is very different than what is described. What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you? A lot of editting. After the initial speech it devolved into a lot of noise. There was nothing after the first hour. It could have been shortened , as the remaining hours of just sounds was a waste. I don't think it's length 6 hours indicates how much actual information you will receive.

I really liked her voice and found it relaxing. There was just not a lot for her to say after the initial narrative. I would have cut the random sounds after the hypnosis text.

I was so optamistic about this audio, but was very disappointed. I was looking for some help with my emotional eating, but this made me want to do just that because I bought something that turned out to be much less than my expectation. The messages given in the guided meditation and hypnosis system are fantastic in helping you change the way you live and think about food and nutrition. I have a hard time sleeping and this helped me to relax and fall asleep quickly. After listening to this program for a few nights, I found myself craving salads and healthy food.

I also started looking forward to going to the gym. Sometimes in hypnosis recordings the person talking draws out the syllables and slows down the way they talk and make you want to fall asleep because of boredom.

This is day I feel rather amazing now for the results Been using this for about two weeks , I think it's working I am not tempted to buy anything I feel is not good for me? Christmas will be the big test. Over the months of listening every night I've seen subtle changes in my life choices - "this really works for me", I feel like a different person, learning from my mistakes daily, feeling more empowered and mindful to make the right decisions for my life and being happy in the person I'm becoming.
